Goodreads will select and announce the winners. It’s my understanding that they will be announced almost immediately after the giveaway closes on Dec 1st. The giveaway is U.S. only because of shipping costs, but there are many services that provide a way to have a U.S. address for online shopping even if you don’t live in the United States. I haven’t tried it myself, but I can’t think of a reason why it wouldn’t work for Goodreads.com as well.

I’m not doing another giveaway for this book, and I don’t expect to sign any more copies after this. If you want a signed copy, this is the way to get one.
